Durch den hohen Thymian-Anteil hat unser kretischer Honig eine hohe desinfizierende und entzündungshemmende Wirkung für den Mund-Rachen-Bereich. Zudem ist der Zuckergehalt etwas geringer als bei den meisten handelsüblichen Honigen, doch der Geschmack bleibt intensiv und süß. /
Due to its high content of thyme our cretan honey causes a desinfecting and anti-inflammable effect in the mouth-throat-area. Additionally, the sugar content is a little lower compared to other honeys on the market. Nevertheless, its tatste remains intensive and sweet.

Unser Honig ist von Natur aus dünnflüssiger, hocharomatisch und vollmundig.
